By accessing and using the services of Kenfore Engineering & Project Management (Pty) Ltd ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

3. Professional Standards

All services are provided in accordance with applicable South African engineering standards, regulations, and professional codes of conduct. We maintain appropriate professional indemnity insurance and comply with all relevant industry certifications.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information
• Grant necessary access to project sites
• Comply with safety requirements and regulations
• Make timely payments as per agreed terms
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, specifications, and other work products created by Kenfore Engineering remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use such materials for the specific project purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and professional indemnity insurance coverage. We shall not be liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from our services.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Termination does not affect obligations for work completed or payments due.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate South African courts or arbitration as agreed.
